Your first appointment includes a detailed assessment, discussion of your symptoms and goals, physical examination, diagnosis, and a tailored treatment plan. Treatment often begins in the first session.

The number of sessions varies depending on the condition, severity, and your goals. Once there is an understanding of the diagnosis, a timeframe and plan will be discussed openly during your assessment.

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows us to assess and treat the affected area. Sportswear such as shorts, leggings, or a vest/t-shirt is ideal. If your injury involves your lower body, shorts are recommended. For shoulder, neck, or upper-back issues, a vest or t-shirt that allows easy access is helpful.
